    1.    How much does a Garden Greeting cost?

    ~ A Garden Greeting is $95.00

2.    Where do you deliver?

~ We deliver to the entire Fredericton area, and will soon be available in many Atlantic Canada Cities!

3.    Can I place an order for a friend or family member in the Fredericton area even if I don't live there?

~    Absolutely, it's super easy.  We can accept orders from anywhere, in fact approximately 50% of our orders come from out of Province and even out of Country.  Simply give us a call at 506-206-6666 and we'll be happy to take your order.

4.    Are reservations required? 

~ In order to ensure the display of your choice, a reservation is highly recommended.  Payment information is required to hold all reservations.

5.    Can I order a Garden Greeting on short notice? 

~ Certainly!  We will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can.

6.    When is payment due? 

~ Reservations cannot be held without payment information.  The charge will go through on the morning of delivery.

7.    What methods of payment are accepted? 

~ We accept Visa and MasterCard.

8.    What is included in a Garden Greeting rental? 

~ Your recipient will receive a 3 x 4 foot sign with your personalized message, 20 Kritters of your choice for a full 24 hours and a “Goody Bag”.  Also a spotlight will be included in the rental if you indicate it when placing your Order.

9.    What’s in the Goody Bag? 

~ Some small complimentary gifts and a magnetic card revealing the sender (or you can remain anonymous).

10.  Where do you leave the Goody Bag? 

~ The Goody Bag will be left at the front door, usually on the doorknob, unless another location is requested.

11.  Can I rent a Garden Greeting for a Baby Shower or other event? 

~ Certainly, this is a fantastic way to let family and friends know exactly where the celebration is being held.

12.    Can I use a Garden Greeting for business purposes?

~  Absolutely, a Garden Greeting is a great advertising tool for a Grand Opening, Corporate Event, Company picnic, Open House, etc., etc.

13.  When do you deliver and pick up? 

~ We deliver our Garden Greetings in the morning between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm and they will be picked up the next morning usually between the same hours.  We will try to accommodate you if you require delivery at a different time.

14. Does someone have to be home for delivery or pick up? 

~ No one needs to be home.

15.  How are the displays set up? 

~ Our Message Sign is supported by a weighted base which causes no damage to the ground.  Our Kritters are inserted into the ground with metal, H-frame stakes.  None of our stakes tear up your lawn…they just aerate it a little!

16.  Can I move the Garden Greeting? 

~ No, if you would like the display to be relocated, please let us know as soon as possible, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  A fee of $20.00 will apply.

17.  Can I mow or water my lawn? 

~ We do ask that you please refrain from mowing, trimming or watering near our displays as this may cause damage.

18.  What happens if the display is missing or damaged? 

~ If any part of the display is missing or damaged, it is the responsibility of the party who ordered the display to replace it.  The fee will be applied to the Credit Card on file.

19.  Can I keep one of the Kritters for a keepsake? 

~  No, our Kritters are for rental purposes only.

20.  Can I surprise a co-worker or boss at a place of business? 

~ We require written permission from the Business owner/manager before we can display a Garden Greeting at a place of business.

21.  What are your signs made of? 

~ All of our Garden Greeting signs and Kritters are made from the very best materials available and laminated with UV protected vinyl graphics to ensure the ultimate quality.

22.  Can I mix and match the Kritters? 

~ Only if availability permits.

23.  Do you deliver in bad weather?

~ We do deliver in rain. If inclement weather prevents us from delivering, we can either reschedule or refund your money. Inclement weather includes high winds or any other Act of God that would put us or our Garden Greetings in harm's way.

        24.  Do you deliver in the Winter?    

~ By popular demand, we are now delivering in the Winter.  Of course, delivery is weather permitting, if heavy snow or slippery conditions are in the forecast, then we will not be able to deliver (this is up to the discretion of the Company).  In this case, we can either reschedule or cancel the order, your credit card will never be charged and your payment information will be shredded.

   25.  How do I place my order? 

~ Simply call our office at 206-6666 to place your order.  Please have payment details ready at that time.  Thank you.

        26.    Do you deliver to Apartments and Town houses?

~ Yes.  We can deliver to Apartments or Town houses as long as there is an appropriate area for us to set up the display.  We will also need prior written permission from the Property Manager before a reservation can be granted.

27.    Do you provide any type of lighting for the display?

~    Yes.  If you should require a spotlight for your display simply indicate it when you call.  This service is at no extra charge to you.  We do not provide extension cords, and if a light bulb should happen to burn out while in your possession we cannot replace it until after pick up (you are welcome to replace it if you wish). On the morning of pick up, the spotlight is required to be placed behind the Message Sign so that we can easily find it.  If the spotlight is missing or damaged it is the responsibility of the party who ordered the display to replace it.
